Description

Soft, tangy cream cheese mingles with peppery salami, briny olives, and sweet roasted peppers, creating a vibrant log that slices into savory bites perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounce salami, chopped
  • 4 ounce pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place cream cheese in a large bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth.
  2. Fold in salami, pepperoni, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, olives, basil, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and Parmesan until evenly distributed.
  3. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a work surface and spoon the mixture onto the center.
  4. Shape the mixture into a log about 8 inches long, then roll tightly in the parchment paper and twist ends to seal.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up and allow flavors to meld.
  6. Unwrap the log, slice, and serve with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Prepare the log up to a day ahead and refrigerate for enhanced flavor.
  • Swap salami and pepperoni for chopped ham or prosciutto if desired.
  • Store any leftovers tightly wrapped in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Offer an assortment of crackers, crostini, and sliced vegetables for serving.
