Description

Thin Granny Smith slices create a sweet-and-tart canvas, drizzled with warm caramel, dotted with chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut, then piled high and crowned with fluffy whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Wash, core, and thinly slice the apples.
  2. Arrange the apple slices evenly on a serving platter.
  3. Warm the caramel sauce slightly and drizzle it over the apple slices.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans, mini chocolate chips, and shredded coconut over the caramel.
  5. Add dollops of whipped cream on top of the nachos.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use tart apples for a refreshing contrast to the sweet caramel.
  • Warm the caramel slightly to make drizzling easier.
  • Substitute walnuts or almonds for pecans if preferred.
  • Serve right away to keep the apple slices crisp and prevent browning.
